240 kWh Solar + Storage Microgrid

The main purpose was to supply power to a completely off-grid aircraft hangar, power by a 50 kWp solar PV array and backup diesel generator. Eneon-ES was responsible for the design, procurement, and build of the microgrid power system including batteries, inverter, solar PV array, switchgear, controls, and containerization. They system has been operational since January 2016. This project was the recipient of the 2016 CANSIA Solar PV Project of the Year.
